RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your business. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below.

General Return Information:

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in the original packaging and securely packaged for return shipping.
  • All sales are final.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our Returns Department to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Provide product photos to assist with the return process.
  3. Ensure the product is in the original packaging and securely packaged.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will offer a full refund or exchange and cover any extra shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a customer mistake in ordering, such as ordering the wrong center cap, the following conditions apply:
    • A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the incorrect item.
    • The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of sending the correct item.
    • We are not responsible for customers ordering the wrong center cap.
