RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your business. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below.
General Return Information:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in the original packaging and securely packaged for return shipping.
- All sales are final.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our Returns Department to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Provide product photos to assist with the return process.
- Ensure the product is in the original packaging and securely packaged.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will offer a full refund or exchange and cover any extra shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a customer mistake in ordering, such as ordering the wrong center cap, the following conditions apply:
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the incorrect item.
- The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of sending the correct item.
- We are not responsible for customers ordering the wrong center cap.
